Our Commitment

WeSoar is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards to our platform and website.

Standards

WeSoar targets conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. WCAG guidelines are developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities.

Current Status

We have completed an accessibility audit of our core platform modules and are actively remediating identified issues. Our current focus areas include keyboard navigation improvements across all AI agent interfaces, screen reader optimization for dashboard and analytics views, color contrast enhancements in data visualizations, and ARIA landmark improvements for complex interactive components.

Accessibility Features

Keyboard navigation: All primary platform functions are accessible via keyboard. Tab order follows logical reading order.

Screen reader support: ARIA labels and roles applied to interactive elements. Live regions for AI-generated content updates.

Color and contrast: Default theme meets WCAG AA contrast ratios. Dark mode provides alternative high-contrast option.

Text scaling: Platform supports browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.

RTL support: Full right-to-left layout support for Arabic content, including mirrored navigation and form controls.

Roadmap

Q1 2026: Complete WCAG 2.1 AA conformance audit for all capability modules. Q2 2026: Remediate all Priority 1 and 2 findings. Q3 2026: Third-party accessibility certification. Q4 2026: Publish Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) 2.4.
