1. Is there a free version of the app?

We offer a free 7-day trial for our product. If you would like to access the WeSoar app beyond this period, you can do so through purchasing a plan.

2. How does the 7-day free trial work?

After you sign up, you can access all the features in the Productivity or Performance or Full Suite Plan for 21 days. We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with WeSoar before you buy the product.

3. What are the charges for the subscription?

Our product starts at $14 per user per month, when billed monthly. Yearly plans start at $120 per user per year, allowing you to save 28%.

4. Who is a WeSoar user?

A user is any person or role in your team with a unique email address or phone number or Employee ID. Each team member should have his or her own user license.

5. Do you require a minimum number of subscribers?

Yes, the minimum number of subscribers is three.

6. Can we pay monthly?

Yes, you can pay a non-discounted monthly charge with a monthly commitment. However, if you wish to save 28% on your billing, we recommend the yearly plan with an annual commitment.

7. What pricing plan is right for me?

We understand the fact that each organization is unique, requiring specific features to support their workflows and projects. To help us serve you better and build the right pricing and features plan, reach out to us at ava@wesoar.ai or request a demo.

8. What if I want to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel the membership at any time. However, if the plan has already started and payment already made, you will be able to use the subscription till the end of the subscription period (month or year). No subsequent charges will be made. If you believe that you have been charged incorrectly, please reach us at billing@wesoar.ai.

9. Do you have any cancellation fees?

No. WeSoar is a pay-as-you-go service. We do not have any cancellation fees. You can cancel whenever you want, but your cancellation will come into effect only after the end of your term (monthly or yearly).

10. Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

Yes, you can choose to upgrade your subscription and we will enable your upgrade within five business days. If you wish to downgrade or cancel your subscription, you can do so at the end of your term.

11. How can I manage my billing?

You can write to us with your requests at billing@wesoar.ai and we can send you any and all the information you will need to manage your billing.

12. Do you offer any discounted plans?

If you choose the Yearly plan, you will receive a 28% discount automatically. We also run periodic promotions and you may qualify for a discount by using different Coupon Codes that may be applicable at that time. We specially love other start-ups and provide special discounts for start-ups through a Coupon Code that you can get by contacting us at ava@wesoar.ai.

13. Do you offer any volume discounts?

The online process supports teams with up to 200 subscribers. If you have more employees that you want to register for the product, please contact us at ava@wesoar.ai or request a demo.

14. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major cards like Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Union Pay, etc. as well as Apple Pay. We do not accept PayPal. We will not be able to accept purchase orders over the phone. All of our offline payments follow USD pricing.

15. How safe is my data?

We take security seriously. Our servers are hosted in world-class data centers that are protected by biometric locks and 24-hour surveillance. We ensure that our application is always up to date with the latest security patches. Our data center is EU-safe-harbor compliant and all WeSoar plans include SSL for encryption, for FREE, to keep your data safe.

16. Do you provide customer support?

All plans include customer support. At the moment, we provide support through our product FAQs, product walkthrough videos, website chat support, and via email – ava@wesoar.ai.
