Consistent, transparent methodology for measuring the impact of AI-powered HR transformation across client implementations.
WeSoar is committed to measurable outcomes. Every claim on this website is based on actual client implementations using consistent measurement methodology. We publish results because we believe HR technology should be held to the same evidence standards as any other business investment.
Our measurement framework covers three dimensions: efficiency (doing things faster), effectiveness (doing things better), and business impact (driving organizational outcomes). Each dimension has specific metrics, measurement methods, and baseline comparison approaches.
Definition: Reduction in hours spent on routine HR tasks — job description creation, policy queries, feedback writing, and report generation.
How measured: Before/after time studies comparing task completion time with and without WeSoar AI assistance. System logs track actual usage patterns and time-to-completion.
Typical result: 40-60% reduction in time spent on routine HR content creation tasks.
Definition: Days from requisition approval to offer acceptance across the full hiring pipeline.
How measured: HRIS timestamps at each pipeline stage — requisition, sourcing, screening, assessment, interview, offer, acceptance. WeSoar tracks AI-assisted stages vs manual stages.
Typical result: 30-45% reduction in screening-to-interview time through AI-powered CV scoring and multi-method assessment.
Definition: Percentage of employee HR questions resolved without human escalation through Ava Advisor and Policy Explorer.
How measured: AI agent logs tracking query types, resolution paths, escalation triggers, and employee satisfaction ratings per interaction.
Typical result: 55-65% of routine HR queries resolved by AI without human intervention, freeing HR for strategic work.
Definition: Percentage of roles mapped to skills with proficiency levels, compared to pre-implementation state.
How measured: Role-to-skill mapping completion rates tracked through the skills ontology. Proficiency level assignments validated through assessment data.
Typical result: From 0-15% role-skill coverage to 85-95% within 90 days of implementation.
Definition: Correlation between AI assessment scores and actual job performance at 6 and 12 months post-hire.
How measured: Predictive validity studies comparing assessment scores with performance ratings, goal achievement, and manager satisfaction for cohorts assessed through WeSoar.
Typical result: 0.35-0.45 predictive validity coefficient for multi-method assessment (HEXACO + skill quiz + case study combined).
Definition: Improvement in specificity, balance, and actionability of manager feedback using the Feedback Assistant.
How measured: AI-scored feedback quality dimensions (specificity, balance, bias indicators, actionability) comparing pre-Assistant and post-Assistant feedback samples.
Typical result: 2.3x improvement in feedback specificity scores; 70% reduction in bias-flagged language.
Definition: Change in engagement survey scores (eNPS, overall engagement index) after WeSoar implementation.
How measured: Pre/post engagement surveys using WeSoar Pulse Check or client’s existing survey tool. Minimum 6-month measurement window with control group comparison where available.
Definition: Percentage of open positions filled through internal moves (lateral, vertical, cross-functional) after Career Compass and Talent Marketplace activation.
How measured: HRIS fill-source data comparing internal vs external hiring rates before and after implementation.
Definition: Progress toward central bank and government nationalization requirements in GCC markets through skills-based workforce planning.
How measured: Nationalization percentage tracking through workforce planning module, correlated with skills readiness scores and development pipeline data.
All results compare post-implementation metrics against pre-implementation baselines measured during the discovery phase. Where possible, we use control group comparisons (departments or teams not yet on WeSoar).
Results are reported with sample sizes and confidence levels. Where client confidentiality prevents sharing specific data, we report anonymized ranges based on multiple implementations.
Efficiency metrics are measured from Day 1. Effectiveness metrics require minimum 90 days. Business impact metrics require minimum 6 months. We do not report results from timeframes insufficient to draw reliable conclusions.
Every implementation begins with baseline measurement so you can track real impact.
