How WeSoar connects to your existing HCM, ERP, and identity systems — data mapping, sync models, change management. WeSoar supports middleware-based and direct API integration patterns, and API reference.
Integration Architecture
WeSoar integrates as an intelligence layer on top of your existing HCM system of record. It does not replace your HRMS — it adds AI-powered capabilities while your Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or Workday remains the authoritative source for employee master data.
Supported Integration Patterns
API-First (Real-Time): RESTful APIs with OAuth 2.0 authentication for real-time bidirectional sync. Ideal for event-driven workflows like new-hire onboarding or position changes.
ETL/Batch (Scheduled): Scheduled data extraction using SFTP, database connectors, or cloud storage. Supports daily, hourly, or custom intervals. Most common for initial data migration and ongoing master data sync.
Webhook Events: WeSoar publishes events (assessment completed, skill verified, learning milestone reached) that can trigger workflows in your HCM or downstream systems.
Data Mapping
WeSoar provides pre-built data mapping templates for Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and PeopleSoft. Mappings cover employee demographics, organizational hierarchy, job architecture, skills inventory, performance ratings, and compensation data. Custom field mapping is supported through a configuration interface — no code required.
Change Management for Integration
Integration changes are managed through a structured process: impact assessment, sandbox testing, UAT validation, scheduled deployment, and post-deployment monitoring. All integration changes go through WeSoar's change advisory board for production environments.
API Documentation
Full API reference documentation is available to customers and integration partners through the WeSoar Developer Portal. The API follows OpenAPI 3.0 specification with interactive sandbox environments for testing.
